On the court, St. Xavier junior Caitlin McMahon is ferocious when it comes to knocking down shots put up by opposing players.  Off the court, she's just as passionate building up the lives and spirits of the less fortunate through her charity work.  In May, the 21-year-old Frankfort resident is going on a mission trip to Belize, where she will help build a home for a needy family, spend time at a day care center with children who have HIV/AIDS and visit with the Belizean Sisters of Mercy.  It figures to be quite a life-enhancing experience in an already interesting life.

"I just really like helping people," McMahon said. "I've always had a dream to travel abroad and help underprivileged people. I wasn't really expecting to accomplish that goal this early in life, so I'm really excited."
