Kansas City, Mo. – Juniors Suzie Broski (Rockford, Ill./Boylan Catholic), Maloree Johnson (Rockford, Ill./Boylan Catholic) and Morgan Stuut (Marcellus, Mich./Three Rivers) all represented Saint Xavier University on the list of 2013-14 Daktronics-NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Scholar-Athletes when the honors were recently released by the NAIA national office.  There were 244 NAIA Division II women's basketball student-athletes named nationwide to this year's list.  Broski is a biology major with a perfect 4.00 cumulative grade-point average (GPA).  Johnson is majoring in management/accounting and also carries a perfect 4.00 cumulative GPA.  Stuut is a nursing major at SXU and has a cumulative 3.87 GPA.    

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.  Eligible athletes must also have completed at least one year at the nominating institution.
