CHICAGO - Junior outside hitter Jessica Synowiecki (Oak Lawn, Ill./Moraine Valley CC) finished with 12 kills and three service aces to help lead the Saint Xavier University volleyball team to a three-game match win (30-9, 30-19, 30-12) over Robert Morris College (Ill.) in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) action Tuesday night at the Gentile Center in Chicago. With the victory, the Cougars improve to 13-13 overall and 4-1 in the conference.

Junior setter Traci Looby (Orland Hills, Ill./Andrew) also had a big match for SXU finishing with 24 set assists and three aces as well in the winning effort. Sophomore libero Jenna Guide (Orland Park, Ill./Sandburg) was tough defensively for Saint Xavier finishing with 16 digs.

Saint Xavier (13-13 overall, 4-1 CCAC) heads to Marion, Ind., this weekend to take part in the Indiana Wesleyan University Volleyball Tournament. The first match against host Indiana Wesleyan starts at 6 p.m. (eastern).
