Deerfield, Ill. - Behind game-highs of 17 points and eight rebounds by senior guard Marissa Young (Monroe, Wis./St. Joseph's College/Monroe), the No. 13 ranked Saint Xavier University women's basketball team used a strong second half to pick up a 74-60 road win over Trinity International University (Ill.)
