The three-game set could have a major bearing on the CCAC standings after all is said and done by Saturday evening as St. Francis (29-9, 18-4 CCAC) is just one-half game behind league frontrunner Olivet Nazarene University with Saint Xavier (23-19-1, 15-5) two-and-one-half games behind the Tigers.
Olivet Nazarene (27-15, 19-4) is hosting Trinity Christian College (15-24, 9-14) in a doubleheader today beginning at 1 p.m.
Robert Morris University, which hosts Roosevelt University today for two games, sits one game behind Olivet Nazarene and one-half game behind St. Francis. The Eagles are 30-15 overall and 16-4 in league play.
