The Cougars are primed and ready for the 2008 CCAC Cross Country Championships held at Aspen Ridge Golf Course in Bourbonnais, Ill., on Saturday, November 8. The men's race takes place at 11 a.m. Olivet Nazarene is the defending champion and this year's favorite followed by the Cougars and the Illinois Institute of Technology.
