Bourbonnais, Ill. - Despite 15 points apiece by junior forward Dan Bolger (Chicago, Ill./Saint Patrick) and senior guard Ken McCormick (Frankfort, Ill./Lincoln-Way East), the Saint Xavier University men's basketball team fell to Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) rival Olivet Nazarene University, 73-62, at McHie Arena Tuesday night in Bourbonnais, Ill. It was the second straight loss for the Cougars, who fall to 13-6 overall this season and 0-1 in the CCAC.

Bolger just missed finishing the game with a double-double recording a team-best nine rebounds in addition to his 15 points. McCormick also attacked the glass pulling down six rebounds in Tuesday's game. Freshman guard Julian Scott (Country Club Hills, Ill./Hillcrest) was the only other SXU player to score in double figures with 11 points. ONU was led by senior forward Stan Chismark with 25 points, including five three-pointers. The Tigers were on fire in the second half shooting 70 percent (16-for-23) from the field after halftime.

Saint Xavier (13-6 overall/0-1 CCAC) returns to action on Saturday, January 13, with another conference game against Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). The start time for the home contest is 3 p.m. at the Shannon Center in Chicago.
